Michael Lynch is a seasoned leader who has served in senior executive roles at Eli Lilly, SpaceX and multiple high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining GSA in January 2025 as a senior advisor in the Office of the Administrator, Mike was the CEO of Zedsen, a UK-based medical technology business utilizing AI for early-stage cancer detection. He has an undergraduate degree in political science from Wabash College, and holds graduate degrees from Indiana University and the London School of Economics. Lynch was previously delegated the responsibilities of the GSA deputy administrator from March through July 2025.
