Access Board Meetings

Members of the U.S. Access Board meet quarterly over the course of three days. At the Board meetings, a public session is slated and open for members of the public to attend. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, some of the Board meetings are held virtually. Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) and sign language interpreters are available at all Board meetings and events.

Next Board Meeting

The U.S. Access Board will hold a public town hall meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. (ET) at Bally’s Lincoln Event Center, 100 Twin River Rd, Lincoln, RI. Presidentially appointed Access Board Members and representatives from other federal member agencies will be present to hear from the local community about the state of accessibility in Rhode Island.
